Q: Is it good for running?

If it fits right I don't see why not.. for me they are too small to even wear

Q: What is each layer made of exactly? Can they absorb, filter and repel water droplets?

This would be a question for the maker. As a wearer of the mask, the outer layer seems to repel droplets, but that same layer does feel damp if I wear it outside.

Q: will this mask fit all adults

I have a medium sized head and it is very full coverage for me. It goes up to the bridge of my nose and well under my chin. The ear loops could be shorter for me but they aren’t so loose that there are gaps. This is my favorite mask I have tried so far.

Q: Is it really cotton? I ordered a 5 pack that said they were lightweight cotton, but they are not, they are 80% polyester which is not breathable.

The inside mesh layer is definitely not cotton, but I think the outer part is. I find them pretty easy to breathe in personally.
