I recently purchased this radio head unit with the camera, and I have been nothing short of impressed. Installation was a breeze in my van. The unit is a improvement over my old radio system, and the Apple CarPlay/android auto compatibility made connecting my phone is great, I have an android, my partner has an iphone.The touchscreen, while occasionally finicky, is a nice addition, and the manual screen is actually pretty nice. I also appreciated the inclusion a remote control, although, unfortunately a IR sensor and requires line of sight. Nonetheless, this was not a deal-breaker as it wasn't my primary reason for purchasing the unit.What truly stands out about this purchase, though, is the seller's exceptional customer service. They were quick to respond to any issues I encountered, offering solutions and assistance at every turn. While my first unit was defective - kept resetting, they are sending me a replacement. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable.In terms of functionality, the unit offers everything I need, with the bonus of being able to use button controls when the screen is collapsed. I have not installed the backup camera yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs in the near future.Overall, I would highly recommend buying from this seller. Their products are reasonably priced, and the customer service they provide is truly top-notch. While there were minor drawbacks, the overall experience and quality of the radio head unit make this a purchase I'm extremely happy with.

Radio worked great for less than 50 days.I came outside to find the radio glowing. Stuck in Bluetooth phone mode. NO, key in the ignition. Opened the touch screen after starting the car. Screen is black. Outside of 30 day return.Amazon customer service “we are doing this one time courtesy return”.Now I have no radio. I did enjoy this radio while it worked. Bluetooth was nice, Apple CarPlay was fantastic to use. Sound quality was good.Pretty bummed by this.This is being updated from a 2 star to a 4 star. The original radio was replaced. I have not had a chance to install the new one but I will come back and update again. Replaced at no cost to me. Great pleasure dealing with Mia to resolve the issue at hand.

Update2: I received an updated version of this radio with wireless carplay/AA. Just installed today and so far it works good. I'll update my review if something comes up.Update: customer service contacted and did a full refund. I asked if they can help me to fix the issue I have, but seems like fixing is not an option. Well, a refund also works. I'll find something else.DO NOT waste your money on this crap, seems like a good buy but it has a ton of problems. just skip it and find something else. I bought it to use android auto, but this piece of crap shuts down every 5 minutes when the phone is connected.

this stereo i think was defective from the start... knew i should have returned it when i had a chance and i dint...just weeks into having it installed when you play the fm radio enjoying a good song it will start changing the channels by itself.then it changed to am and just scrolls thru the channels til you hit a button to stop it..then with my iheart radio which i use all the time and im getting in and out of my truck all day. 90 percent of the time i have to reboot it so it works on the stereo...and after looking through some of the info on the stereo its ...the price will get you but the product will fail you..stay far far away from this brand...and the touch screen sometimes it wont work either...now this review goes way beyond the scope of this stereo...wheni wrote this review i thought it was just a review and nothing else...but then mia the seller informed me she got a copy of the review and wanted to help me..so we messaged back and forth for about a week and she told me it was still under warranty which i didnteven think about.im .long story short mia sent me a new stereo and was delivered in one day.mia has been a top of the line seller and went out of her way to help me..she had the patience to deal with me and i can be tuff on my products i buy...mia will always be my goto seller for anything im looking to buy before i look anywhere else.mia you made my day and now im going to install the new one now.

I bought this car stereo for my RV.I don’t like the original one installed, and would like to find a new car stereo.I like it cause of good quality and easy to instal and find each wire to connect and also the price is fair for to have everything in your vehicle.
