I used some twin sheets I already had.

Q: How much does table weigh?

I weighed it and it weighs 26.5 lbs. for just the table. Head rest and armrest together are about 1.5 lbs. This is a very lightweight but sturdy table. I put three mid sized people on it to test it out and it was fine.

Q: I've read this table is hard, not enough padding. How soft, comfortable is it?

I find it comfortably firm and I like the support. The more padding..the more space it would take up….the heavier to move.
