used the item twice and it stopped working and conveniently can't be returned

The mask is very loose and if we use extra clips to tighten it, it suffocates the client and nose area is too small, clinets complain about not able to breathe and the mama is kept on falling on their noose and lips had to hold it during session. Quality is not good. And i am not able to return it. Don’t waste your money on this product.

Instructions that don't make sense and when connected to power source it just shows a red light on the front and nothing works. Comes with a tiny short usb cable and nothing else, not sure how you would even practically use this even if it did work.

How can you use if u can’t read instructions not in English

This seems good but it's a bit heavy so I have to keep hold of it over my face.
