Yorkshire Pudding Mix 142g

this made them rise. we must suck at making them now a days because this stuff actually works.

So I grew up in Canada and my mom made yorkshire pudding all the time with roast beef and I learned to do the same with perfect outcomes. When I moved to Denver Colorado (High Altitude) for the life of me I could not make yorkshire pudding the same. I tried extra eggs, cold water, room temperature eggs, it always tasted good, but never quite the same poofienesss. I saw this on Amazon and thought what the heck I'll give it a try. AWESOME!!!!!!! best yorkshire pudding I have made for 20 years. I first bought the single box which had US instructions...the box of six was all metric/celcius which was easy enough to figure out with a little googling but it would have been nice to regular directions. In a nut shell use 425 degree oven , 1 cup of cold water and definately 2 eggs. the single box called for 1 with a tip that if you want it really fluffy add an extra egg. the box of six said 2 eggs right in the directions. It was AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME...just make sure your oil is HOT!!!! and another tip...this makes 12 muffin cups. It is just me and my husband so I split the recipe in half on my second go....and made 6. STILL PERFECT!!! gobbled down in one sitting between the two of us!

I always wanted to try Yorkshire Pudding. This mix was great. Added 3 eggs (just because I could( and a lil water. EZ to mix up. I'm single so made 3 meals of the batter. Toads in a hole twice and roast beef, mushrooms, onions cooked in a lil brown gravy. Ya gotta: - chill your batter - pre heat oven to 425° - melt oil or crisco in small foil pans (Dollartree) - pour in some batter - bake 20-25 minutes - NO PEEKING! Dump on the plate! So good. Save extra batter in the fridge. You can do this Yanks!! PS: Googled and all this mix is is plain flour and milk powder. EZ to reproduce and far cheaper!! Enjoy!!

This worked fine for making British "Toad in the Hole" with some sausage links, but it's simply a mixture of flour, powdered milk and salt. That's all. You have to add two eggs and 220 ml of water. Next time I'll save myself some money and make my own batter mix.

It was great. I’ve tried and tried to make it from scratch and failed each time. This was a perfect solution, just wish it was a bit cheaper, if it was I’d by in bulk.

This is the best Yorkshire pudding mix on the market. It’s very expensive on Amazon. If you can find a local British shop, I suggest trying there. But the products amazing.

Made on Christmas Day to go with my Prime Rib. Easy and they turned out perfectly. Each packet makes 12.
