Go for it
The body of the stand is strudy and good finishing.It is easy to assemble as there is a diagram showing the parts, the screw that is tobe used and all bolts,nuts etc are seperately packed with marking and required tools also are provided.The back arms require some adjustments as the screw holes are provided for an equal distanced (square) holes at the back of the TV/ monitor. My TV has 200mmx100 mm and hence made the adjustments as shown in the picture. I suggest the manufacturer should make modifications in the design. Go for it.

Lives up to its description
The seller was quick to reply to my query, and the product itself is worth the money. It's sturdy, easy to assemble, and is also easy on the eyes. Super easy to store, clean and has greatly improved the quality of TV time at home.

Received damaged product have asked for replacement
There is a slight bent on the part where TV needs to be fixed so screws are not getting fixed symmetrical. Have asked for the replacement, will review again after that.
