I have yet for it to work! I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone.

Good idea, poorly implemented.
Dad bought a pair of these. They have a humming noise while operating, sometimes even emit their own feedback squeal like a portable amplifier for a guitar garage band or the noise you get in a gymnasium. To eliminate that you have to turn them as low as they'll go for volume. Dad's returning them for a refund. And while they'll stay in his ear, there is no clip over his ear so he has to be careful walking around so as they don't fall out.
