Works very good so far my second patch now I have a question could the heating effect be reaction to the inflammation or the actual pain area problem if you're understanding me is it more hot where the actual injury is or the problem is versus if you put it on a healthy part of the body it doesn't get hot, if so I'm hitting the right spot 'cause it's pretty warm but I can take it off whenever I can't handle it anymore right so I'm not worried about that

I am an acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner. In Chinese medicine, cold can invade the body and cause constriction, pain, and poor circulation. For the last few years, I have given these out to patients, ordered for family and friends as a must have during the winter. These get really nice and hot and help relieve low back pain, shoulder pain, and help keep me warm all day even in biting cold weather. I travel with them all the time to keep myself from getting too cold and getting aches and pains on the plane (one patch on my low back, then I cut one in half and place each half on my shoulders). Caveat - for some people, the patch gets too hot (if they already have too much heat in their body) and can make the skin feel like it’s burning or itchy. For those people, I recommend wearing it for only an hour or two, if at all. But you have to try first to see how it feels. Also, note - the patch can normally be worn for about 4-6 hours, sometimes I wear it for up to 8. Once you take it off, if you jump in a hot shower right after and directly hit it with hot water, it can feel like that area of the skin is burning. Either wait for an hour before showering, or just cover the area with your hand for a minute and it will stop feeling like it is burning.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great product to alleviate pain, warming the joints. But it burns my skin after about 15 minutes; so I have to move the location of the patch every 15 minutes.

Love these. Really put off some heat. I use them on my back. Go on easy and can be removed easy as well.

I use these for a bicep injury that was slow in healing. Nice, warm sensation when put on. All-over easier movement with less pain

I've never used detox patches before, I want to put then under my arms but the instructions say not to, so I put them at the bottom of my feet, AND BOY LET ME TELL YOU, I couldn't keep them on halfway through the night, my right foot was burning, more than my left, I just took them off, it's been a week, the bottom of my right foot still feels tender, the left not as bad, also the color that goes on your skin is dark, I was hopping for a lights color to be able to tell if I got anything, I don't know if I could return them, because there's NO WAY I'm using them again, If anyone can recomend other patches that are better, I would really appreciate it.

The patches are hard to take off ( painful)
