My vac had no suck power. I had been cleaning two of the filters every month, but did not realize there was a third. it was caked with dust and fell apart in my hand. I ordered these replacements and am extremely satisfied. Item was delivered as promised and took me less then 5 minutes to install. More like 3 minutes. No cutting needed, they fit perfectly. I turned on my vac and it sucked up the dirty stuff as it were just brought home from the store. I have the listing saved so I can re-order when I need more. are they OEM? I really do not know, all I know is that that they fit and they work...and that's all that matters.

Perfect fit
I have a Bissell model 3590. these worked perfectly on my machine. Originally, I did not have the round filter. So this was a new addition to my machine. I would stress that you should clean the round barrel that the round filter will go around thoroughly. After doing this I think the suction improved (since like I said the round filter did not come with my machine originally). If there are questions on installation Bissell's website does have some instructions. However, I noted that i could get the products from Amazon for less money and free shipping.

Foam is foam... 'til its mush. Time will tell.
Great set of filters, I was very happy to see that the fit was good on the cylindrical plastic housing, and also in the filter tray at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner. The previous filter foam had deteriorated to a mush after a few cleanings, and several years. Time will tell whether this material has durability or not.

Works perfect!
We have a Bissell LiftOff Pet Revolution vacuum that started getting some really funky smells coming from it. Oops. Guess we hadn't changed the filters in... a while. Bought these filters, popped them in (along with a new HEPA filter) and the smell is gone! And for some odd reason, the vacuum has better suction. Hmm. Can't imagine why that would be. I too did not know about the "extra" filter located at the bottom of the dustbin until I actually looked at my vacuum. I LOVE this vacuum, and with new filters being so easy and cheap to replace, it should be around for a very long time!
