Exactly what I've been looking for!! Bakes well, great quality material, and the lid is sturdy and snaps on perfectly and snug. Great for passing out samples to friends.Hope this item remains in stock. My luck has always been when I find something I can use for my baking business, it's discontinued.

I used these pans to bake my individual Sweet Roll Cobblers and they are the perfect size. They held up while baking at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. I checked with Amazon as well as the seller to confirm the lids are not microwavable just the pans. I will order these again. I wish they sold in lots of 50 or 100 instead of 25. Overall I'm satisfied.
