I’ve been using this Compound W liquid wart remover for a couple of weeks now, and it’s a solid at-home option if you’re consistent with application. The brush applicator makes it easy to apply directly to the wart without making a mess, and the liquid dries quickly after application. It forms a thin layer over the wart, which helps it stay in place. This uses salicylic acid, so it works by gradually breaking down the wart over time rather than removing it instantly. After consistent daily use, I started to notice the wart drying out and slowly shrinking. I read that whatever you use on warts you can use on skin barnacles, so I used it on different ones and they peeled off. The ones that were close to the skin removed completely, but the bumpier ones lost a few layers of the top and got lighter in color but they are still there. I wanted to add more compound W but it dries fast after you first open it. I need to buy more. Just wanted to share my experience since doctors don’t remove them especially if you have a lot, and the ones that do I think it’s $20 a pop. If you only have one or two, that’s no problem, but if you have more than 10 and have tried other things that have not worked then give this a try. I’ve tried tea tree oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar glycolic acid, and nothing worked as good as this. I also tried the gel type compound W but it didn’t work either, this is the only one that worked for me.

Gel removed most of the wart within about 2-3 weeks. However, by the 3rd week, gel in the bottle congealed and then hardened and become unusable to continue treatment. Even by the 2nd week it became harder to apply to the wart because it was starting to congeal. I know from experience the wart is still feeding on a blood vessel (which you can faintly spot in the second photo - black dot) so will come back if I don’t still continue treatment. The photos of my finger are the “after” photos. I applied 2-3 times daily depending on whether the product rubbed off my finger from hand washing during the day. I did not cover with any bandaid or anything. Site of the wart is now generally flat after using this, whereas before the wart protruded a lot. It was just one single common wart. Overall, product works but you can’t even use it for that long before the gel hardens soI will have to buy another bottle to continue treatment which is annoying. I always made sure to seal the bottle tightly and never left it open for a long time.

I tried other brands, but this is by far the best, and the cost really can't be beat. The consistency of the liquid is perfect. Not to runny so it stays put while it dries, but it is not as goopy as a gel so it spreads out just the right amount to cover the treated area nicely. It has a nice acid burn to let you know its working. Some may not like that, but I do as it is clearly working. Other weak-sauce versions of liquid salicylic acid have no sensation at all which also seems to correlate to doing nothing. Feel the burn for success! I also like the smell. Kinda like a Sharpie. Astringent, slightly minty. I find the smell refreshing. Others may not. I have used this to eliminate plantar warts in a matter of days. Other warts seem to take longer, but I can erase them in week or two with application every couple days. I have used this to burn off skin tags too. I think that is counterindicated in the instructions, but I don't care. It worked very well for a few small tags. I like this product. I recommend this product.

This is the ultimate ripoff. As others have pointed out it dries out so quickly you get no more than a few applications before it becomes unusable goo that is impossible to apply. I made a point to close the cap tightly as soon as possible after each use and I got a total of THREE applications before it formed into goo that was just a glob on the applicator and no way you could get that to stick to the wart area as needed. And those 3 applications did little if anything to impact the wart I was trying to get rid of. I am furious, this is a complete ripoff and they should not even be allowed to sell this gunk. 3 applications then an entire bottle of unusable goo, incredible they have not had class action lawsuits to get this off the market and reimburse everyone they have ripped off. Avoid unless you love throwing your money away on useless garbage.

I used the Compound W wart remover on my foot and it worked well overall. It removed the skin without causing any pain, which was a big plus. However, I found it a bit frustrating because, even though I never left it uncovered, it dried out before the wart was completely gone. Despite that, it’s effective and I would still consider using it again.

My go to for warts. My kids always get warts on their hands sometimes, and liquid wart remover is the only way to go. Everything else doesn’t work, or it is painful, or it hurts. Even going to the dr to get them froze off is no where as good as liquid!!

Really works. I have used it for years. My husband's back was covered with Warts but would do nothing about it until they got so big they were catching on his T shirts. At the start it was taking entire bottle per day. Now only half a bottle and we are getting rid of them fast.

I didn't know what to expect with this product. I had a fairly large wart on my elbow which has almost disappeared after a few weeks , product says may take up to 12 weeks but seems to have worked much faster. Application is similar to a small nail polish type brush. Not messy at all

I stucked with a corn under my feet for more than 3 months, conventional acid prescribed by the doctor did not do anything in that period. the doctor told me some people used compound and were successful. I tried apply 3 times a day after having immerged the foot in salty hot water each time. applied also "Compeed" stickers. 3 days later the corn felt by itself. highly recommended.
