for those tight fit front IO panels
Used this to replace the really thick and long USB 3 front panel cable on a Thermaltake Level 20 VT case. It is thinner and shorter, much easier to manage. Make sure the length is enough for your case.

works as intended, connecting USB cables is initially tight
Installed in a custom computer I designed. They work as intended. Screw holes I believe work with M2 screws for anyone that cares. When I connected a headset to the USB ports, it took some force to get in. I think this will get better with time, but as of right now no complaints.

Observe how the old ones are installed
I used the product for replacing. USB 2.0 port on an old pc with a newer morherboard. Use the same screws after removing the old ones. Make sure you see how the old ones are installed first.

Worked great for an Ibuypower case
Got an Ibuypower PC used and one of the front USB ports was smashed. These fit almost perfect. Only thing I had to do was bend the metal lips on the top of the ports and they fit like a glove after that.

The cable I received did not have the screw mount for the USB and the header connector was broken off and was not even in the bag.
