For what I was carving I didn't need to use most of the set. I ended up using the scraper and the longer knife. Both held up well and were sturdy. The knife cut well through the pumpkin even without having to thin down the walls. The scraper handled well and was sharp enough to scrape what I needed from the pumpkin without putting too much effort in. I love how each tool comes in their own sleeve. This makes storing them a bit easier and much safer. I went with this set because any I have from the past would have been the standard orange plastic sets that almost any retailer would sell around Halloween. I knew I would want and need something much sturdier so I wanted to go with a metal set. So far I am satisfied with my purchase. Though I did have to order twice since something went wrong with my first order. This made me panic a bit since I unfortunately waited until a week before Halloween to gather my supplies. Though I did not think this would be a problem since it was supposed to have come in 2 days but 3-4 days passed with no update of any kind. Luckily when I ordered it the second time it came very quickly.

Was hesitant at first due to bad reviews but I have to say it worked pretty well for me. I’m not a professional by any means but for what I needed it worked and kids were also able to use them fairly easily and they were real proud of their work.

About 6 of us bought pumpkins and carved them using these sets of supplies -- we are all amateur pumpkin carvers for the record -- and the pumpkins came out amazing! I printed out a bunch of stencils and the designs really came out great. The tools in this set are practical + sturdy (and we threw them in the dishwasher once done). They are very sharp though so be careful! I carved a skull (too ambitious) and didn't finish bec it was difficult! But was motivated to finish it the next day given how good everyone else's came out (see pics for reference). Really good value for money here, and will be keeping these for next year.

This Henscoqi 7-Tool Pumpkin Carving Kit with Jack-o-Lantern Skeleton Holder is going to be a fabulous addition to our Halloween festivities. I'm going to surprise the grand kids with it when we are carving our pumpkins. I gave it a try out with this simple apple jack-o-lantern and the blades are nicely sharp and cut very well. They are sharp and precise and provide great detail. The tools are strong stainless steel, very sturdy, with comfortable plastic handles. The holder is a great addition. This set is so much better than any I have ever seen in the stores. Excellent pumpkin carving kit with fun, festive holder! Definitely recommended.

I love these carving tools! When I saw it online I thought they were great and priced really well but when they arrived I was even more impressed! They were packed in a perfect sized box that you could use to store them in afterward and it came with a super cute storing cup. The quality of these is great. They’re sturdy and easy to hold! The thin blade didn’t bend at all when I was carving and everyone who attended our pumpkin carving day loved them and asked us where they were from. Thanks so much for making a high quality product at an affordable price!

Used once. Worked well! No concerns that they’re fragile. When I opened the box, there was no description of the knives, so I had to guess what was what, and I had no idea what those carvers were or what the line dotter was. All of this is online, but I didn’t think to have my phone with me while I carved my pumpkin. So if this is your first carving kit, just know there’s no paper in the box and have a separate printout so you know what’s what. But it all works well if you figure it out!

This was perfect for two pumpkins, enough tools to share and have a good time carving
