Lasts longer than any other mulch I've ever used and does a profoundly good job at maintaining my soil moisture and keeping the temperature down.. Even in full Arizona sun, I can put my finger an inch down and the soil is still cool and moist.Furthermore, it looks beautiful and, despite looking like bark, you can bury your bare hands in it and not only come out without splinters of any kind, you can brush your hands off very briefly and there will be NOTHING left on your hands. Not staining, discoloration, or stuff under your nails. Nothing!

Used as a mulch in flower beds.Product is pricey so waiting to see how it last thru the year.Seems to be keeping weeds away and was holding moisture during the summer.And it looks very nice

I always use just coconut or peat moss in winter. It holds in needed moisture, keeps roots warm.

At first I thought it was a double size block but glad it was 2 blocks in one package. Good price. My vendor close to home was backordered. Definately will get more from this company. I have been using coir for several years.

I like that it came in two separate blocks instead of one giant block, which made it easier to work with. So far, it seems to be the best option (for me) for mulch. I do not have to worry about the mulch falling into the garden hole and affecting nitrogen or ph. I like that I can also plant with it when I make my own soil. The bag is also lighter and smaller than a regular size bag of wood mulch. Would buy again.

I initially bought at Costco for $15. Paid $40 here because I really needed. Got to Costco again and now $10. Bought 8. Will not be ripped off again. The mulch itself is wonderful. Will give 5 stars on Costco.
