Chocolate Covered Roasted Espresso Coffee Beans (2 Pound, Dark Chocolate)

Fantastic and delicious! The chocolate could be a little better quality but they’re still very good! The beans are roasted and crunchy, the dark chocolate compliments the espresso bean perfectly.

Dark chocoholic here. Great price in bulk. Fresh. I'm not supposed to have caffeine but I love the taste of coffee & dark chocolate so I only have a couple at a time and they've lasted forever. Will order again.

These were good, seems like bean is smaller than use to be and chocolate is thicker. But over all they were good

I've been a connoisseur of dark chocolate coffee beans for many years. I had settled on Trader Joes in recent years...but...the last several times I've shopped at Trader Joes they were "out of stock". After asking when they would return, no one knew...so...I resorted to Amazon. I started with another brand on Amazon. They were just OK... not up to the quality and taste I was accustomed to so I tried this brand, First Choice Candy. They are easily the best dark chocolate covered coffee beans I've had. They are consistent in size (no tiny pieces at the bottom of the container) and so wonderfully yummy and reasonably priced. They have become my favorite treat. I highly recommend.

Compared to other covered coffee beans I have tried, these have an excellent taste, a mild bitter chocolate taste. Taste of bean could be stronger.

I'm not sure why this product has such good reviews. The quality of the chocolate on the beans is just not very smooth and the taste is fair, at best. The biggest thing though is that the bean to chocolate ratio is WAY off! Some bites are the size of small grapes, yet the bean inside is still teeny tiny. Even with the smaller bites, the chocolate ratio is just too much (and I promise I love chocolate). I kept eating them thinking that maybe the bean will be larger in the next bite, but no. I finally took them to work and after two weeks, only a small amount has disappeared with my co-workers saying the same thing (both about the chocolate flavor and the ratio). It really makes no sense and it's unfortunate as I'm looking for a replacement for a brand I can no longer find. These are definitely not worth the price. I'll keep searching and I won't be buying this one again, unfortunately.
