Finally found a good one
The Dewalt weed eater is an awesome tool, the main problem I've had is with the head assembly it came with, and another one I purchased to replace it. They came apart first use, you can even tell this uses better material in its production

I got a used product! Definitely is not new!
This product was NOT in new condition! It does fit 20 volt dewalt weed eater. But definitely not happy that I got a used item when description says new.

I picked up a DeWalt string trimmer at a barn sale for $10. The head cover was broken and although the trimmer worked without the head cover, it would throw stones, etc. all over the place. I bought the OEM replacement head and after a bit of head scratching, (no instuctions) I figured out how to get the old one off. There is a slot in the shield that will line up with a slot in the head. Place a screwdriver into both slots and this will lock the head in place. Unscrew clockwise and the old head comes right off. New one goes on the same way. The new head also comes with a fair supply of string already wound up inside. Great bargain!
