We bought two of these. Both broke. I had to fight like mad for them to agree to send a replacement part for the second one because I neglected to take a photo of the damaged piece prior to discarding. Out of stock for six months. Buy another brand.

Great product but check where it is sourced from. Mine arrived and was from the US so 60Hz and 110V so no good for use in the UK. Eventually got one from Juicers.UK cheaper and with additional gifts.

My daughter and I are enjoying fresh veggie and fruit juice. The pineapple and beet juices are by far my favorites. My daughter likes the pineapple one the best too. I do find cucumber over powers everything, where my daughter says she cant taste the cucumber. I have Osteoarthritis very bad and I have to say the Pineapple juice with carrots and a sliver of ginger helped my pain level. The carrots have helped my eyes , I can read words on the TV now without glasses. Ty OMEGA for this amazing Juicer.

First off, this is an awesome juicer. Used daily, the juice was relatively pulp free. The machine was easy to use and clean. Everything was perfect until that one morning while juicing beets the drum feeder -end cap connection broke. I contacted Omega. They were super responsive, asked for purchase proof, serial number and images of broken part. Then it was crickets...nada. I'm like whatever...let me find the part online so we can get back juicing. I ordered the part online. Couple day shipping, part arrives but it's slightly different. The end cap doesn't fit and the plunger hole is round Vs oblong. No worries, I messed up, ordered the wrong part. Go back online to look at parts. The part is not available. I understand supply chain issues, am not putting fault on Omega. I'm just bummed out. Now, I'm back to exploring options...wait for the part or buy another juicer. Getting back to the machine itself. We juiced veggies, both hard and leafy, many different fruits. The end product was excellent. Would I recommend the Omega 365? Yes, absolutely.

The good thing is it's super easy to use and very easy to assemble. But, in terms of cleaning, I felt a little bit inconvenience. Finally, the price- I thought it could squeeze properly with this price item. But, I was wrong. They could make it a bit better which can squeeze very nicely. It can squeeze ok if it's an apple, carrot, or any hard shell fruit. But, it's worst squeezing when you use grapes, watermelon, mango, or any soft fruits.
