It's a mineral (physical) sunscreen, as it uses Zinc Oxide and Titanium Oxide, which IMO are better than chemical ones. However also consists of Tinsorb M, a newer and more effective UV blocker, which is between a chemical and mineral, but a much more photostable than other standard chemicals. Also has some natural and beneficial oils. Doesn't smell or leave a white cast, easy to spread too. I’ve used this product for a few days since I purchased it (less than a week) and am honestly impressed by the fact it leaves no white cast which can happen with a lot of mineral sunscreen lotions with zinc oxide. My son has eczema so I have to be selective with products and so far I haven’t seen any dryness on his skin. If I can edit this after 2 weeks of use I’ll review an update3 weeks update: unfortunately the 3 of us have had breakouts as you can see in the 3rd photo. My little boy has been affected more on his neck and shoulder. The last photo is my brother who broke out after a weeks use of the cream, the middle is my neck I got a large pimple similar to my son’s.
