So glad I ordered this. I was looking for a replacement of the one I have and decided to try this one. It ‘feels’ so much better on my skin and unlikely to disintegrate like the other one. Needs a wee string to be able to hang it up to dry naturally.Says replace every 30 days - that’s a bit much!

Lovely sponge which is easy to clean gentle on the skin and value for money

This is a great sponge for washing your face with - the soft side froths up face wash/cleanser so well you can use less product, and the exfoliating side makes a noticeable difference to your skin.The downside is the flimsy construction.I previously had what I think is the predecessor to this, the purple exfoliating sponge shaped like the foundation applicators. It had begun to split after a couple of months so I thought I’d try this newer version; this one split after a week. The two sides of the sponge are hot-bonded together, but not very well.If it wasn’t falling apart after a week I’d rate it higher, unfortunately the poor construction makes it not worth the money.Update: two weeks in and the entire sponge is falling apart. The seam is completely open on one side and starting to go on the other, and the ‘soft’ sponge has huge rips across it too. You’d have to just keep replacing it every couple of weeks - about £150 a year just on a sponge??? There has to be a more eco-/pocket-friendly option than this.

These are great little sponges to really assist with facial cleansing, has a rough and smooth side, the rough side is rough enough to get rid of dead skin without leaving my face sore. The smooth gives a gentle massage to really foam up my face wash. My only concern is after just three weeks the smooth side is showing little rips in the sponge so can see it lasting more than a month, but on the other hand maybe good to replace every month for hygiene?

First time buying, looks nice

I really liked the product and used it many times on my skin, but after a while it just falls apart after so many uses.

This is a nice little facial sponge.It expands a little bit when soaked in water. It works well with the facial gels but I also tried it to wash off the cream/oily products. Just make sure when using oily cleansing balms you wash it out properly with some soap after. The face feels super clean and smooth after.I assumed the thin end of the teardrop will be great for around the eyes but I can actually feel there the sharper connecting edge between both sides glued together a bit more so using the chubby part and holding the thinner end works the best.The sponge is microbial. One side (the white one) is slightly rougher and serves as a gentle exfoliation tool.Tear drop shape overall is very convenient and it's pleasant to use/hold.There is on the packaging that it contains probiotics; to be cleaned once weekly (or to clean once weekly?) and to replace every 30 days.Tbh I can see myself trying to use it for longer but it depends on what state it's gonna be like after a few weeks.I can see this being an absolute must for anyone who uses a lot of makeup/foundation as this really helps to get the product out of the skin/pores.

I've never used anything like this before now, so I have nothing to compare it with. I use it for washing my face before bed and soak it in cold water to close my pores . I really like it , it does what I want it for .
