A-Premium Engine Crankshaft Position Sensor Compatible with Hyundai, Kia

I purchased this A-Premium crankshaft position sensor for my 2019 Kia Forte S after getting a P0335 code (Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit). The car was intermittently running poorly and shutting off at red lights. Installation was straightforward, and the sensor was a direct fit with the factory connector. Once installed, I cleared the code and took the car for a test drive. The P0335 code has not returned, and the vehicle has been running normally ever since. The quality of the sensor looked good right out of the box, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it matched the original part. For a fraction of the cost of the dealership part, this sensor solved my issue completely. If you’re dealing with a P0335 code on a compatible Hyundai or Kia vehicle, this sensor is definitely worth considering. Great product. Easy installation. Cheap worth the price. Good quality and my car was literally dying without this sensor. My car would constantly Shut Off, stall or even just take so long to turn on. Had to press the pedal to take gas. Once I changed this sensor. I was able to finally turn on my car first try. No more turning off in the middle of the road. Safety at its best. Finally regained all my horsepower. My car isnt slow anymore. Trust me YOU NEED THIS. REAL CUSTOMER. My car was a Kia Rio 2013.

2012 kia soul limped home at 90k miles Found utube video of my EXACT symptoms, being fixed by crankshaft sensor replacement It took maybe 15 minutes to replace 10 minutes was jacking it up for better access. It took only one socket, 10mm I think How long will it last? Only china knows

Worked perfectly on my 2014 kia forte lx. The sensor is recessed right next to the pil filter. 1 bolt, sensor comes out, unclip the sensor from the electrical harness and the metal clip, new sensor in, feed back into the same clip and anchor to the metal strut and youre done.

This crankshaft position sensor fixed a persistent 'crank no start' condition on a 2015 Kia Forte LX with the 1.8L engine. There was no check engine light code and no activity at the fuel pump. All fuses and relays were fine, Battery was fully charged and starter generated strong crank. I didn't have equipment to test for spark but changed the coils as I had a set on hand. I also tried spraying starter fluid in the air intake then cranking. Nothing. So the car had no fuel and no spark. Someone suggested checking the RPM gauge while the engine is cranking; it should register a reading in the low 100s. In my case it did not move at all. My source said this is a strong indication that the crankshaft position sensor is bad and if it failed suddenly there wouldn't be a check engine light (DTC) code. Furthermore, in absence of a crankshaft position sensor reading the the engine control module would not send current to the fuel pump relay or the ignition coils to protect the engine( I was just about to change the fuel pump before getting this vital info). After replacing the crankshaft position sensor I could hear the fuel pump priming when the key was turned just before starting. It took several start attempts + a tap on the accelerator for the car to start and stay rinning. Problem solved with a $20 part.
