Just what I needed

These do not automatically retract
These do not automatically retract. One has to manually wind them on a spindle. Cable itself seems to be of quality when testing picture but these do not automatically retract

A bit large
I use this for travelling , it's okay, but quality is low , casing is cheap , spring system is fairly easy to jam . I do not want to carry wound up hdmis as they take alot of space. This is slightly better but it would be nice if mechanism was smoother and better designed. Kinda fat . Pick it due to the lack of viable and quality alternatives , but don't expect to be overly impressed.
