I’ve restarted my fitness journey after a long period of inactivity and it’s very useful to quickly and easily measure vital body measurements to track progress. The tape measure feels a little cheap, but it’s very easy to use and does the job perfectly. It’s a little expensive for what it is, but the convenience is worth it. The app is easy to use, and coupled with the body composition scales and the food measurement scales they are great tools.

Very easy to use and works well! So much easier than having to write down measurements.

The measurement is great and easy to use. The fact that all is saved on the ohone us great. BUT the is a 1.5cm missing in all measurements. The distance between the place where you put the hookand the end of the tape reading in not added on the final number. We always gave to add 1.5cm to the final reading manualy.

Good Quality

The tape measure came exactly as described and it works perfectly. I love that the tape measure snaps into the bottom and you can use one hand to tighten it up and get a precise measurement. It works with the same RENPHO app that the scale uses so you can track all of your data in one place, which is so nice if you are also using the RENPHO scale. The measurement also syncs right into the app so it makes measuring your whole body quick. You can track your trends and see how your body is changing from week to week. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking to lose weight and want another way of tracking your progress other than just a number on a scale. What I didn’t expect is just how useful this tape measure would be. I bought this because I started a weight loss journey using GLP-1s after years of struggling with my weight due to PCOS and insulin resistance. In the last 3 years, my weight has fluctuated within a range from 170 lbs to 230 lbs. It constantly goes up and down and because of that, I have no idea what size clothing I wear. I have clothes that range from way too big to way too small and I have no idea what size to even buy anymore. This tape measure has been so helpful in deciding what size I should buy. I use the measurements from the app and compare to the size guide for clothing and can finally get a size that actually fits on my body. It’s so useful because sizing varies between brands and I’m able to just open the app and compare my measurements whenever I’m shopping. For that reason, this little device can be useful to everyone whether you’re losing weight or just trying to find clothes that fit you well. I didn’t expect how useful this thing would turn out to be but I’m so glad I bought it.

Compré esta cinta métrica inteligente de RENPHO para llevar un control más preciso de mis medidas corporales y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. La conexión con el móvil mediante la aplicación es rápida y sencilla, y los datos se sincronizan automáticamente, algo muy útil para seguir la evolución del cuerpo sin tener que apuntar medidas manualmente. La calidad del producto se nota desde el primer uso. La cinta recoge bien las medidas, el sistema de bloqueo facilita mucho medir zonas como cintura, pecho o cadera sin ayuda, y la pantalla es clara y fácil de leer. Además, el diseño es compacto y cómodo de guardar. Me decanté por ella porque ya tenía la báscula de pesaje

I don’t know what the bad reviews were about. This is a quality piece of home medical equipment like a quality brand blood pressure monitor or thermometer. I initially tried it offline which works fine, a nice clear reading on the digital display. I then set up the app. It was a little unclear that it’s the Renpho scales app you need to download. Once I sorted this out it was very easily set up. I have an iphone and the app can share data with apple health, which is good. I am using it for measuring my waist during weight loss, you can record multiple measurements in the app, or like me just one measurement and plot them on a graph. The bluetooth connection was instant and clicking the tick button on the device confirmed the measurement in the app. It’s pretty slick and simple to use. I am pretty surprised how good it is for the relatively low price.
