N+1 Bike Kickstand- Adjustable, Aluminum Alloy, for 26"-29" Inch Bicycles

I ordered this kickstand in the hopes that it would fit my Kona Libre bike. I was concerned because the brake cables are routed externally and the disk brake calipers are quite chunky near the rear of the bike where this stand would mount. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality construction of the kickstand. It's made from sturdy aluminum but hollow to save on weight (this is a huge plus for this product!). I had to adjust it to the shortest setting despite having 700c tires with a large 45c diameter. This kickstand fit perfectly and holds the bike very stable. It was also very simple to install with the extra step I outline below. For those people having trouble with the mount rotating after installation, the trick is to cut a small piece of bike tire inner tube the size of the mounting brackets and place it around the chain stay of the bike. Now install the hard plastic pieces that came with the kickstand around the inner tube, followed by the metal mounting bracket. Make sure the frame and inner tube segment are clean. The tube will act as a cushion as well as give extra friction to prevent rotation. Overall, Amazon finally has a 5 star product for a decent price to boot. Now to see how durable it is on my gavel bike.

I JUST INSTALLED THIS BAD BOY. IT LOOKS GREAT AND IS SOLID AND MADE OF GOOD MATERIALS. I HAVE A ROUND FRAME, SO I USED THE ROUND SHIMS. MAKE SURE YOU PUT ON THE THICKEST PART OF THE ROUND FRAME SO THE KICKSTAND WILL TIGHTEN AND NOT SLIDE. I LIKE THE RUBBER BOTTOM. THE ABILITY TO SLIDE THE LENGTH OF THE KICKSTAND IS COOL, BUT I DIDN'T NEED TO EXTEND. KICKSTAND BENDS UP AND DOWN EASILY. SO FAR, I'M HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. GLAD I SPENT A LITTLE MORE AND GOT A GOOD QUALITY, THICKER KICKSTAND. NICE JOB N+1 ON THE DESIGN AND EASY INSTALLATION.

Nice kickstand works great and lightweight

So far I like this kickstand a lot. I was concerned at first because the adjustable part of the kickstand was entirely too stiff, but with effort it worked itself out. It does interfere with the hitch on my Burley Bark Ranger dog trailer a little bit so if I want to put the kickstand all the way up, then I have to push the kickstand around a plastic piece on The Trailer Connection. That said, it functions really well and does exactly what I needed to do. I needed a kickstand that would allow me to set my bike more straight up and down because the here I put in my rear bike bag would wait it down and cause it to fall with a regular kickstand. This one is perfect because I can lower the kickstand in the dirt and it is less likely to sink in, but if it does sink in I can always make it a little bit longer to make up the difference. Functionally it is well worth what I paid so far.

This stand was great. My hubbys e bike would fall over all the time with the stock stand. This is heavy duty sturdy stand.

Held my my bike steady with 47lbs of bike packing panniers and equipment!

The kick stand has broken into 2 pieces and it fell apart during a ride. I lost the other half and can’t find it. This is a terrible design choice. I can see others have had the same issue. Great kickstand but it has an easily triggered design flaw that will render the kickstand useless.

Works perfect on my Specialized ebike.

Habe lange einen Ständer für mein Levo gesucht und mehrere ausprobiert. Dieser passt hervorragenden und lässt sich auch einfach in der Länge verstellen. Wirkt auch stabil und klappert nicht
