I decided to get this mix media sketchbook because I wanted an all purpose sketchbook I can use pencils, ink, markers, paint, and water color. The paper is thick and there are a good amount of pages. Using water color and marker had no sign of bleed though. Would recommend.

I use this to do pen & ink drawings with a little watercolor, either with watercolor pencils or watercolor paints. The paper handles it well. It does buckle when using watercolor paints with a lot of water (like when doing a sky, etc.), but I expect that since this isn't watercolor paper. I use clamps on the drawing to help it flatten. It also handles alcohol markers well. The marker will slightly bleed through on the back side of the paper, but not to where it leave marks on the next sheet. These are good sketchbooks.

This paper is thick and doesn’t bleed through easily! I love the texture as well and the spiral bound style is super convenient

Great book for mixed media. I junk journal, make collages, paint, and more! It holds up lovely.

My daughter love the thickness of the sheets which looks and feel durable. The size is just fine fir a 12 year old, and it's definitely value for her money. You can either draw, sketch or use it for writing due to its versatility.
