What another absolutely brilliant book in this series, it had my hooked the start. Damian is definitely reckless until he sets his eyes on her , his princess. Where he will stop at nothing to protect her and make her his. Just downloaded the next one so excuse me I need to start readingI would totally recommend it to everyone

WOW, what can I say. Sybil has hooked me in again to another one of her books. Every since I first met Tyler I have been desperate for him to get his own book, and now that I have it, it was amazing. Tyler always seemed like a nice alpha and he really is, he is still a very hot alphas as well. I just fell more in love with Tyler after reading this book, I loved calandra as well, they are so suited to each other, more than they every realised. I now have a major book hangover, and am very excited for the next alpha to get my teeth into.

I've been hanging on for Tyler's story for ages now and here it is in all its dominant glory. Sybil Bartel never disappoints and with Tyler and Calandra we're given a real treat. The suspense in this book is palpable and starts from early on building to a tense conclusion. Another winning book.

As always, a brilliant read, I love the storylines and the characters and I love that each story is different and that we still get to meet the wonderful characters. I can't wait until Fearless comes out! I highly recommend this series x

Sybil has done it again! Each book of hers keeps getting better and better. Trouble putting it down and getting much needed rest. We now have brothers so I’m hoping for more books soon. Can’t recommend it highly enough x

Excellent book. Different backgrounds coming together in love. An unexpected match but each suit each other. Glad Tyler got his HEA.

Sybil deliver again.As every other book by her is a great read.story of two people comes from two different worlds.Worrior finds his princess.every page unfold the story with secrets and alpha hero action.you will definitely enjoy that book with HEA.

I have read almost all of Sybil Bartel's books & while I have my favorites among them, I have loved each & every one. BUT, I was slightly hesitant about this one because I personally don't care for 'royalty' characters. However, knowing Ms Bartel's quality of work: plot, characters, writing style, I dove in~~~ & I am SO DARN HAPPY I did! I loved it! Calandra (h), aka Sophia, aka Princess of tiny island nation within the Greek Islands needs a bodyguard for an upcoming premiere at an art gallery. The lone bodyguard assigned to her by her father, the King, is too old & tired for the job & flat out isn't capable of protecting her. Calandra is the King's out of wedlock daughter, he loves her but she doesn't want to be part of that life & at 18 yrs old she moves to Miami, FL where she's been for the last 7 years. Tyler (H), once in the Marines & now working for Andre Luna at Luna & Associates accepts the contract to be her bodyguard even though he & Andre know Calandra is not being completely upfront with them regarding WHY as an extremely wealthy Princess she needs an independent bodyguard. At first I didn't think I'd care for Calandra, she was a perfect Princess: uber poised, emotionless, stiff, standoffish. Tyler is gorgeous, tall, muscled, down to earth, brutally honest, locked down but loaded with emotion & lethally efficient at his job guarding the stunning beautiful Princess who is dripping with culture, grace & class. But happily the author gives the reader POV for both Calandra & Tyler with every other chapter. And that's where I began to like Calandra very much as her POV exposed just how human she really is. Internally she's terrified, not only by the anonymous threats she's receiving but by the feelings Tyler is causing her to experience for the first time. She's innocent, shy & unsure how to deal with Tyler's natural dominance & strong powerful personality. Calandra is precariously balancing on a razor's edge of appearing & being in complete control, calm & decisive when she's actually submissive, exhausted & craves an unknown 'something' else. But because she's only lived her deceptively perfect Princess life she doesn't know what she's longing for or has missed until Tyler barrels into her life. And Tyler is more than eager to handle Calandra, the threats, be her rock & support if only she'll let him. And he learns early on, exactly what her tells are as well as how to handle & read the Princess he is coming to adore & desire. So while the anonymous threats against Calandra escalate & the clock ticks down to the climax, Tyler has to decide if Calandra is who he wants in his life & if she's worth the risk to his professionalism & career. And Collins claims she's TROUBLE & Sawyer claims the uber wealthy only play with those 'beneath' them. I so enjoyed this story, I couldn't put it down until I finished it. I was SO rooting for Tyler & Calandra to have a HEA together, I had my fingers crossed & my emotions went up & down numerous times. But Tyler was a Marine & he knows how to focus on a mission & complete it, but who will ultimately win? Tyler? The one threating Calandra? And after the tension, the suspense, the danger is over, will Calandra still need her hero? Awesome, awesome book & I recommend it wholeheartedly!!

Outstanding sexy romantic story. Tyler is one amazing alpha male bodyguard. Wow this story had suspenseful moments and erotic scenes that melt your kindle. Loved every minute of this book.

I'd been waiting anxiously for this book to release. I've loved all the books in this series. I really loved this one. Tyler gets a mention in some of the other books and I always wondered if he'd get his own story. As a security guard, he is often employed to protect the rich and famous and this case is no different. Calandra is more than just rich, she's a real life princess of a tiny island. Living in the US because the lifestyle on the island is not for her, someone is threatening her. She hires Tyler because she saw a video of him with another client and she liked how he acted and how he looked. Tyler isn't one for relationships, but something happens when he meet Calandra. She's secretive at first until he pushes her for information, and then the race is on, to protect her, with things escalating. Many of this authors characters from previous books make an appearance. I loved this, and seeing Tyler fall so hard. I couldn't put the book down.

I'm a huge Sybil Bartel fan, and this book was no different. Well, let me rephrase that. The heroine was somewhat different--she was a princess!--but it all worked very well. Her status and standoffishness worked really well with the situation, and it was typically serious and life threating. I loved it! Another thing I love is seeing the characters from other books pop up from time to time. It makes me smile and want to go back and reread their books again. And I loved seeing the hero's family in this case! More books to come? Fingers crossed! The author knows how to keep the sexual tension at its peak, she works out the details of the threats to safety, and she provides exciting and reasonable conclusions. It all just works, and I can't wait for the next one.
