Great resource for anyone wanting to start a race walk program at any level.
I purchased this book together with the series by Jeff Savage on Race Walk Clinics and Excellence in Training. All three are great resources for anyone who would like to start a race walk program at any level. Race Walking is quite a discipline and I would love to see more race walkers in the different 5K and 10K races all over the world.

Thorough but needs reading in conjunction with Race Walking Revolution etc
A helpful read but sometimes the tables do not render very well in Kindle.
