Q: Can you estimate the amount of room under the bed. For storage purposes. How high from ground to mattress?

Probably about 12 inches of space but it fell apart on me and ended up thrown out with the trash... It's only about six months old and garbage so buyer beware!

Q: Will this fit a 54 x 75 full size Mattress?

I mean yeah... That's a standard full size bed.

Q: can it support any weight ?

No. I have the twin size for my son. He is about 70lbs (32kg). It is very sturdy for him, I don’t sit on it. The full size will support less weight because the hardware is the same size over a larger span.

Q: Do you need a box spring with this frame?

No you don't. We bought these and 8 inch mattresses for our grandchildren and to sleep on when we visit. My husband is 280 and he slept really well and so did I. I really got to say I was very surprised.
