I have tried several boxes for my kindergarten student, and they all broke within months. This one has held up for over 6 months of nearly daily use. We wash the two inserts in the dishwasher, so it’s easy to clean. It doesn’t leak and the sections are sealed off from each other. We do put an ice pack under it in his lunch box- in addition to the small one that is inside the top tray. Great value for the money!

5/23 Update: Mudita was a joy to work with when I reached out to the company about my issue. They just asked me a few questions via email and a replacement was sent to me in a respectable time-frame. My son loved his recent bento lunchbox and I know he'll be pleased to have it again. This company really stands on outstanding customer service. Thank you guys so much for the help.I would love to have given this product more stars but for the 2nd time the latch broke. Now it won't close and is basically useless. Hopefully the manufacturer will fix this as my replacement date has expired.

Very cute, well made, and customizable with the different stickers. The little girl who received this loves it and uses it for her school lunches.

Lunch box looks used, dirty & missing sticker ( alphabet) and those two stickers on it already when we open the box!

Do not put hot food in it. It will seal the two compartments together making it very hard to open
