Good
This is good stuff but it’s hard to swallow because it’s bitterness, but it’s the real deal.

Expensive! But most likely a very good oil.
Very small amt for more money then I have ever payed for olive oil.I think Dr Gundry is overly concerned with money. Some friends talked me into buying it.

Excellent
OK, just a warning. If you’re expecting this olive oil to taste like any other olive oil that you’ve bought you’re gonna be really shocked. I was upset when I first got it because it was just so bitter and strong tasting. I couldn’t imagine ever getting used to it. But I had three bottles and I didn’t wanna throw them out. So I started mixing it with some squeeze herbs from the produce department. And a little bit of balsamic vinegar and now I’m hooked. I use it as a dip. It really does taste like the liquid from a bottle of green olives And not the mild stuff that you’re used to. But now I love it so what can I say.

Inflammation reduction
I bought Dr Gundry's high polyphenal olive oil, hoping it really does help with reducing inflammation. It works! I have taken an ounce a day for 5 months now and have noticed a noticeable pain reduction. Note: if you use an ounce per day as suggested, each bottle lasts 17 days, not a month. I don't believe it is advertised as lasting a month. Probably, it was my incorrect assumption.

Yummy and great for cooking!
Very strong tasting but it's yummy! I can't drink it, but I definitely put it on my food and cook with it. Did not upset my tummy and great for cooking. High smoke point. Definitely worth the try!!

Not good
Not a good taste . I will take a teaspoon in the morning but won’t use it on a salad or anything else. . It was expensive and the bottle is small . I will see if I see any health results from it but if not it’s a waste of money.
