Easy to open. Holds my Oral B electric toothbrush heads, also a regular toothbrush easily. I use an interdental toothbrush as well, to reach the back of my wisdom teeth. The electric one stays inside this little toothbrush holder well. The manual interdental toothbrush is a bit small for the opening, and occasionally falls out when in my hand. (See example, which I set up in a photo.) I love the different see-through colors. The small holes for air ventilation allow the toothbrush to dry; great for those of us concerned with hygiene! I felt comfortable using these at a hotel. Well worth the money!!!
