Waste of Money. No quality
This headset is very poor quality. The cushion came out within days. I have warranty, but it won't cover under warranty itseems. They suggested to buy directly from website to other benifits than from amazon. The performance is also not super. Waste of money. Due the quality issue the cushion came out, it didn't even tear anywear.

Received Jabra evolve 20 stereo MS headphones that cost ~7K. No pouch received with this item too which is mentioned in the product details as what's inbox.

Good value
This headset was highly recommended by the IT folks at the University of Pennsylvania, where I retired from many years ago. And by you so far, it’s lived up to its billing. It’s relatively inexpensive and delivers the quality I hope for and expected.

Great office headsets
Sound is great and the 2nd mic really helps isolating the ambient noise. I love the integrated controls directly on the headset and it even has a red light on the USB plug to show you if you are muted!

Quality for the Value
I have been very happy so far, I use them every day 1-2 hours for language lessons and an additional 3-4 hours each week playing video games. They are comfortable and I haven't had any dropping out so far after about 4 months of use. The speaker on the right side is a little awkward but just because I've never had a headset like that. I was a little hesitant about the earmuff comfortability but so far it hasn't been an issue, it may depend on the ear shape of the person. I don't know how effective the noise cancellation is, I've asked people a few times on the other end and don't have much data. Overall, really happy and highly recommend, especially at the price point.

Waiting for replacement then final review
I'm waiting to get a replacement...so far... I think the one I got it's defective...it make so much noise a buzzing noise...its so annoying...not even a $30 headset makes that noise...let see if the replacement works... otherwise not impressed with this headset...it's comfortable...I will give it that..

Great Headset but not so great cushion
I just used it for 6 months and the seams of the cushion came off! Not to mentioned that the cushion is not covered under the warranty. The replacement cushions comes in a pack of 5 pairs and cost 75% of the headset price. The sound of the headset is great. The mic has a good pick-up and mutes the background noises. But it becomes unusable when the cushion comes off like that. MEH
