Had the note 7 and after several years the battery started to go so went up to note 10. Looks good, backups downloaded my apps with ease. I don't game, but the battery lasts ages with continual use and, I noted comments about charging, so far my one seems ok. The software is much improved with easy connection to pc now and other useful feature. The case is a bit simplistic, but functional. Really pleased for the money.

A nice phone, not too difficult to use (though the accompanying 'instruction leaflet' was pretty hopeless). It does keep notifying me of messages received which don't appear in my text messages or in my email, so goodness knows where they are, and it doesn't always respond to swipes, but on the whole it's not a bad little phone and certainly adequate for my requirements.

The product description is incorrect it dose not have 3 card slots it is not usb type C they are lies, had this phone not even 12 hours and sent it back the hotspot function did not work properly so unable to use to connect other devices to the internet the speaker was poor i am now waiting for refund left with no ability to buy another phone that works told it can take 5 to 7 days after they have the phone back before i get my refund so god knows how long i will have to go without phone very upset and distressed this product should be banned from amazon just based on the products lies on there description very bad sales practice.

Works well & great battery life. Only disappointment is with incar connectivity to likes of android auto but still a very smooth phone.

Excellent value for money, easy to use and arrived early. It's just as good as a iPhone or Samsung and delivered same day as said it would excellent seller

This is my back up phone because I have a dodgy iPhone at the moment and I would say it not bad but camera is bit terrible for nice looking phone so it’s bit deceiving and did have a few apps crashes but it could adjust more I use it and it’s not a USB C I must warn, if i can rate it from 0 meaning absolutely awful to 10 meaning absolutely brilliant then I’ll give it a 6/10 because the discount price to have it £99.99 makes it seems worth it enough for a handy smartphone, downloads all the popular apps no problem as well. Sorry for the long review but I think it’s important for people to know what to expect if they’re looking for a good quality phone and this ain’t one of them but it’s okay if you just want a smartphone to go through messenger and Facebook that sort.

Nothing to dislike the phone is fantastic easily on par with any other top mobile phone the battery life is amazing,camera is good,easy to use,memory is more than sufficient,I will be buying again for my kids for sure,even they love my new phone and for teens it's all about how it looks and what apps they can have and they can have it all with this phone and I get to save a few hundred pound in the process

My only concern is the battery life - I followed the charging instructions that came with the phone and bear in mind I don't actively use my phone that much and yet it needs a full charge at least once a day. I might try switching off the smart controls, I guess. The other thing is it comes with remarkably little software pre-installed - not even an MP3 player. Still that's probably a good thing too as it no doubt reduces cost to the consumer, and means total choice rests with the owner to install what they want from the Play store. All in all I'm happy with the phone and very pleased about what I paid for it.
