Amazing thank you
I broke the head off a screw on my bikes timing cover, I was so irritated and could not get it out of my head. This kit came over night and I simply used the smallest reverse drill, and did not even have to change over to extractor before the screw backed out. Amazing product that I’ve never used before and took less than 5 min to work perfectly. Worth every penny!!!! For those wondering, the machine screw I was taking out was a 8/32 and I had 5/8” thread locked in. These are for very small screws

Quick delivery and did the job
Performed the task I needed. Quick delivery. Happy with the purchase!

Cheap and Worthless
Terrible item. Does not work. In fact, the screws were made of harder metal than the extractor set, leaving the extractors stripped and damaged. Don't waste your money on this. Buy a real set of extractors.

They work
I had a number of M3 flat head screws liberaly slathered with thread locker and with Philips heads that no driver or bit would properly engage. I got three out by finding one off-spec Phillips bit that did engage with no slop, heads were ruined, was going to replace them all anyway. I found this set online with generally good reviews, came in today. I drilled all 4 remaining screws and three backed right out, the supplied drills worked fine, really soft hardware. First one didn't make it, drilled a little too deeply, tore the head right off. So that one gets drilled and maybe the thread remains picked out using dental tools, otherwise gets a tap run in. These are short screws, 4-6mm, and no hardware store extractor is going to work. Flush with the cover plates, no way to grab them with pliers or vise grips. Comes in a very nice locking plastic box, everything is labeled on the foam bit holder. Bits themselves have no markings. Needs some experimentation to see which bit combination works best. Tearing the head off the one screw didn't keep me from pulling the cover, other screw came right out. So I could make the needed adjustment. Couldn't have done it without this set. One star off for no size markings on the bits. But nothing broken, have always broken screw extractors when removing busted bolts.

Works !
Absolutely great. I was skeptical that it wouldn’t work due to something I over torqued. However, first try it pulled the screw out. For those curious, I fastened/stripped something at 35ft/lbs of torque in my vehicle to something that was supposed to be 10ft/lbs. First set I put in was able to back out the screw completely.

Needs design improvement for better efficacy
Overall, it didn't work for me. I was drilling into a screw shaft after the head broke off. It was inside an old plastic electrical box screw hole.Pros: Nice packaging, very nice case to prevent these from getting lost or misplaced. Clear labeling inside the case.Cons: Unsure of the screw material I was drilling into, but it was stronger than the bits' material. As you can hopefully see in my second picture, it misshaped the drill threads instead of taking more material out of the screw. So I was unable to extract the screw and instead shaved the plastic around the screw and used vice grips once it was exposed. The instructions were also unclear and confusing. Mine actually did not come with the instructions I saw on someone's video of the product. I looked at the listing, and the bits were mislabeled, it wasn't clear which direction to use the drill. Then I searched how-to videos for other extractor sets and used the drill in reverse for both drilling and extraction. I then tried the drilling bit with the forward function of the drill, that didn't work very well either. The magnet for the extension bit holder is also very weak, which leads the bit to wobble while drilling and degrades the performance of the tool.

Steel quality is subpar.
Was struggling to drill the hole with the drill bit provided, and the extractor #10 broke off inside the hole when extracting in reverse...
