Q: Where are these sent from ?

Mine came from Hong Kong. It was shipped in a thin plastic pouch with no padding, so color powders were cracked and mixed all over the place... and it was a mess. They should use bubble wrap or something, because the powders are very fragile.

Q: how pigmented is the eye shadow?

I got the colorful palette but I'm sure they are the same. So two eye shadows were broken when I received it but not badly. For the pigmentation some are really pigmented and beautiful and others can be dull. So it really depends on which color. I overall think the palette was quite useful for the price.
