false advertisement, don’t buy this laptop , you will wait for 2 weeks to get a laptop that is different than the one you ordered, i got a i5 laptop with no gpu and 8 ram, plus to return it you have to do alot of stuff.

fake fake fake and you have to manually ship it back to the usa by yourself to refund it

Amazon description had spec discrepancies, but delivered unit complied with title description. Battery on small side and built in unfortunately. Audio good. Screen colors accurate and anti-glare very welcome. No MSI link to correct User Manual - I wasted a lot of time. MSI support website disappointing - all about sales. Functions managing Dragon Center software was faulty. Attractive design, materials, and feel of keyboard. Build quality seems good. Lots of connectivity options. All together, I am happy with purchase.

June 2023 (update)I have had this laptop for 2 years now and it worked perfectly so far.Playing games like Witcher, CS, Diablo Immortal, Jedi Fallen Order, KOTOR I & II, LOTR, and more and it has a really good performance. MSI Gaming software to determine the fan speed according to the CPU and GPU usage is great.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------June 2021From USA to Argentina in 4 business days. I think that it will be automatically used when it's needed.I'm downloading a couple of games this week, so far Skyrim V Special Edition works perfectly. No heat (CPU or GPU), steady fps in high settings.

I've had it for little over a year. The most process intensive game I play is Path of Exile, and I'm not even reaching moderate levels of juicing maps to have even more than maybe a hundred enemies on screen. The poor thing can't handle it. My almost 6 year old HP Envy was doing better.The battery is much better either. I took it to a friends the other day and moved from cord to go to a different room. The battery said 1 hour and 15 minutes of time. Great. Turn on Don't starve together. The battery died before we reached day 6. That's only around 30 minutes, on a game without a bunch of resources being used up. I got this laptop for a good battery life. It has obviously been a disappointment to say the least.But the worst part is that is died on me. Like actually died on me. Burned itself up so bad there was smoke before I realized it. And what was I playing? MTG Arena, a game so basic it launched on mobile when it did the same on PC. There is no excuse for a gaming laptop no being able to handle a game like that in its sleep. I certainly won't be buying another MSI laptop ever.

I bought this for my main laptop replacement for professional photo/video/audio editing/rendering as well as architectural 3d modeling. Before updates it runs everything I need it to without a hiccup. After updates it lags pretty much every change made in an average 3D modeling project. Idling up to a minute. The batter life actually does ok for being a Beast. Overall a great work laptop with an easy on the eyes screen and plethora of features. Mine however came with the random sleep problem msi seems to not have resolved. It may be an uncommon flaw but I had to return it. Come to find out the M1 chip is actually more capable and the pro battery lasts 20 hours so check those out if haven't and are looking for a work laptop.

Long story short, fast forward to the end.....My Asus Vivobook Pro took a dump. Had two hard drives in the Asus, one was a M.2 and the other was a 2.5". I did not want to start over, installing apps again, and I did not want to lose my 2.5 or M.2.MSI solved all my problems.It comes with one 2.5" bay and TWO M.2/NVME PCIe combo drive bays!!!So not only did my two drives transfer over seamlessly, but Windows 11 automatically updated most of the drivers upon first boot.I also transferred over my 32GB DDR4-2400 ram and works great as well.Up and running within 20 minutes. Easy access to all components.
