It is a non-refundable item should be made clear
The product is too small for my hair. It does not hold my long hair well at all. It gives a clumsy look with long hair. I bought it thinking I should be able to return it if it is not suitable and with that confidence I ordered two. I would like to return this item please. Will be much obliged if this can be arranged.
