Best aromatherapy diffuser. Quality is outstanding!

I bought this diffuser and also received one as a gift. I returned the one l purchased. Absolutely loved that someone gave me this diffuser. l am sorry to say that it no longer works and l am unable to find a replacement battery. When l called Young Living they were not able to tell me what l needed to purchase to repair the diffuser!

The first diffuser I bought seemed to be very finicky. It would turn on and do its thing (mist, music, lights). then within days it would stop after 20 minutes and completely shut off and I wasn’t able to restart it again. I checked it every once in a while and when It did decide to start the light and the sound comes on, but there was no mist. I’ve always had diffusers that are made of cheap plastic parts and I’m pretty sure everyone reading this has had the same and is done fooling with those pieces of junk. This is the real deal that we all save up for and I will say it’s beautifully made!!! So when I called Amazon to troubleshoot, they originally told me to contact the manufacturer, but the Amazon representative said the manufacturer will probably refer you back to us since we are the seller. I told him I agreed And I asked what can we do? He put me on hold, talked with his manager, and told me they will be sending me a brand new one as a replacement!! They also advised me to ship the old one back, even though I didn’t have the original box Which was fine by me since they provided a label! I am so impressed with Amazon customer service sometimes that it’s worth a headache of getting through to them and actually talking to a representative.

While this diffuser might be a little pricy let me assure you it’s worth every penny! It as a very nice and relaxing music too! Water can last up to 12 hours and it’s excellent for larger rooms. Also, it is a great conversation piece cause it looks amazing!
