I’m very pleased with my Hilph knee ice pack wrap, which arrived on time. I have just had my second full knee replacement and after so much swelling with the first knee, I wanted to ensure that I iced my knee consistently and effectively to reduce swelling as much as possible. This is ideal and comfortable to wear, either when your leg is elevated after exercising or if you are moving around, it still stays in place. I tend to take it out of the freezer while I’m exercising so that the ice packs are a little more pliable to bend around the knee by the time I fit it. The top Velcro strap and the lower Velcro strap are quite long so easy to fit when your keg is swollen or you don’t have skinny legs lol. The middle strap where the ice pack fits at the back of the knee is not so long! That is my only niggle. It only just meets to hold in place on my leg and I don’t think my legs are particularly big. I noticed someone else commented the same. Other than that this is a great knee ice pack wrap and I would recommend.

The item works well i use it after exercising on my arthritic knee and I does take any pain away.

I marked this item as 4 stars due to the stitching on the Velcro pad that it’s on the gel pack coming loose just after 3 uses. That been said this knee brace is a game changer. The outer part is well made and wraps around your knee perfectly. It stays on your knee like glue. The gel pack that you out in the freezer has a velvet lining which sits against your skin thus preventing ice burns. The pack has its own bag to put in the freezer so this protects the velvet lining. I dislocated my knee and I have used this knee brace everyday and it has helped me no end. If the stitching on the Velcro pad had not come loose then it would be a 5 star review.

I recently suffered a Meniscus Tear (knee cartilage damage) and as well as doing recommended exercises to help strengthen the muscles I strap my knee with this item, frozen, at least twice a day. It is very easy to use, the Velcro straps can be pulled quite tight to offer some compression, and it is having a really beneficial effect on my swollen knee. The jell packs are easy to remove and refit after freezing. I highly recommend this product.

Great, ordered Thursday and ready for collection Friday! This is just right for cooling my recent knee replacement op, easy to use, stays cold for about 30 mins. Great price.

Got this to help with recovery after a partial meniscectomy. It's really well made, but it's not as cold as I would ideally have liked - & "warms" pretty quickly upon use. As such it's not quite the therapeutic use I had hoped for.

Easy to use

Work really well on my knees. I am an avid hiker and snowshoer but need a knee replacement. I find that the ice pack is great because of the behind knee sleeve to get the back of the knee as well. It stays on well enough for me to move around a bit too when I am wearing it and it’s easy to put on.

This ice pack really did the trick after my knee surgery. First, there are 2 ice packs inside so it cooled from the top of the knee and around to the side, important when there were 3 arthroscopic ports in my knee. Then, it's adjustable. It still fit even after the knee swelling started to reduce. It was easy to apply to a sore knee, but snug enough that I could walk around without it slipping or sliding out of place. Much better than the ice pack from the surgery center. Recommended to a friend, she just bought one here too.

Got this ice pack to manage swelling after my second ACL reconstruction. I liked the aspect of cooling behind the knee as well as in front. It was a tight fit the first couple days with all the swelling, but it was snug and was pretty comfortable (all things considered). It gets cold in about 2 hours if you remove the packs from the sleeve before putting them in the freezer. Only thing to consider is because of the sleeve, it will not cool your knee through heavy bandages, so most will have to be removed before applying the ice pack. But this is ultimately a good thing because it becomes quite convenient applying it directly to skin without the need for a towel in between. Also no leaking or precipitation build up. Does it’s job well, 5 stars would buy again
