Excellent product. Bought as gift and other half really rates it. He fits all his mma kit in the bag without having to use the extended part. Also hides the smell of his kit well!

Many compartments to place things in such as 1.5L water bottles, smaller bottles maybe such as shower gels. And plenty of room to fit your gear into from the top and bottom of the bag.
