Q: I received the game but cannot open it! I have tried many times to pry it open but have broken a fingernail and never managed to open it. Help?

Hello - we haven't heard this one before. It should open easily by grabbing one of the corners on the side opposite the hinges and pulling. If not we wonder if it might have been damaged in shipment. Please feel free to contact us 800 542 6375 and if nothing else we will send a replacement.
