Great for every workout
Super effective, I love the little pocket to carry them with my stuff in the gym. Different elastic with different strength. Perfect to do a lot of workouts. I use them for a lot of different exercises, can be use for arm and legs workout, right length for both. I use them directly on my skin, they are comfortable to use, the silicone does move a bit but it's not a problem at all. Really good Value for money ! I recommend.

Very sturdy, easy to use, portable, variety of bands, workout effective, I love these because it helps strengthening my legs and thighs.

IT COULD BE BETTER
I didn't like the quality of these bands – they roll up when used on the thighs.These resistance bands are uncomfortable during workouts because they tend to roll or bunch up, especially when doing exercises like squats or leg lifts. This makes it hard to focus and reduces their effectiveness.If you're looking for alternatives, I recommend switching to fabric resistance bands with anti-slip grip. They're more comfortable, stay in place, and work better for lower body exercises.
