You can't add an external Wi Fi antenna, and the internal one cuts in and out every few minutes. You can't get help from Cortana or from Dell on this desk top, it repeatedly ends with "Try again later." This is truly the slowest desk top I have ever used...my 10 year old computer was much faster. Horrible product.

WOW! What can I say! This is an awesome Desktop at a great price. Arrived today and hooked everything up. I also ordered McAfee and MS Office 360 through Amazon! I am so impressed with how fast it is and how quickly all the applications run. The WiFi is super fast with the included N technology! It discovered my new Brother printer that I also got from Amazon. Prints super fast! I could not be happier! Way to go Amazon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Never expected this experience from Amazon or Dell. Unit had another owners from name months before my purchase. Machine was not plug and play. Data migration failed twice. Restocking charge of 20%. Never expected this from Amazon, or Dell.

Exactly what we expected from Dell!

The computer itself is fine. The problem was with the transfer from my old computer. After 3 tech support tries, I was able to make it work myself. The transfer was insistent on moving everything to the C drive sector which had limited space instead of to the D drive that had almost a terabyte of space. I actually had to manually transfer many of my files over. That said, I'm not a gamer and for my needs, it is fast and functional. The lack of a DVD drive was a disappointment, but I was able to get an external one that works fine.

WORST investment ever. Do not buy a computer via the internet. This computer only has 1 HDMI - which is needed for the monitor, which works 20% of the time. Out of the box it didn't work, but using different HDMI chords, we got it to work, for a day or two - long enough to throw the box away. Turn the computer off and back on, it no longer works. Again, over an hour of changing input ends, different chords, got it to work. Turn off and back on, same issue. It's not the monitor (tested and checked on other computers). THE HDMI just doesn't work! I can't bring it in anywhere without it costing a fortune. BIG PIECE OF worthless METALLIC CRAP.

The network card failed and it took from February 22 to March 2 to get the problem taken care of. Support gets paid by the call, not by the hour, so they just want you to get off of the phone. They give you a fix that doesn't work and you start over. Finally, I escalated it and a repair person is supposed to make an appointment as soon as the part is mailed to him. I am not holding my breath. I would use it as an anchor for my boat, but I think it would fail at that too.

Had the pc up and running in no time. Very fast and quiet. Have used it hard for about a month without any problems. It performs the functions I use it for very well. Spreadsheets, documents, web browsing, email, etc. Not a unit for gamers, but not advertised as such. Great little PC for the price.
