If it wasn't for the unnecessary fan those will get top stars from me
The lights work great. If it wasn't for the unnecessary fan those lights will get top stars from me - I am specific in my choice of words as "unnecessary" because even after 24 hours at max intensity the fan does NOT move any hot air at all. The unit itself does not get hot either, possibly a bit warm on top (the business end where the LEDs shine) but that's about it. It is true that they selected a very low RPM fan but even then it is just noisy. I'm thinking I'll likely open up the unit and take it out. Other than that the lights are awesome, controls and good, the remote range is pretty impressive, I am thinking it may not be IR-based because even if I cover the LED on the remote with my finger the base unit still receives commands. Pretty cool! Overall - great addition to my mancave, wish the fan wasn't there but I'll fix that soon! Thank you for reading.

Much brighter than these other knockoffs. Price is more on point than any others. In Lighting.. You get what you pay for.DOES NOT FIT DMX CABLES!!! Whatever genius working in R&D must've forgot that the DMX ports MUST BE BIGGER than the DMX cables themselves in order to plug them in. They are the SAME SIZE as my standard DMX cables and they don't fit unless you Seriously Force them into the unit. Possibly damaging cables, most definitely will break lights at some point.Making these Only useful if they're on sound mode.

Not RGBW!
Description says updated version is RGBW. Twice they sent me RGB. I ended up sending them all back. That being said, they are good lights at a good price for what they are. Bright. Very responsive in sound activated mode. They look great with some subtle fog/haze.

You get what you pay for
I was so upset... on my daughter's concert I had to use just one because the other one burnt out it in a few minutes. I should get a replacement for one

Fan is Way too loud. Save your money.
Bought older version of these that worked out pretty well, we’re really quite. These ones sound like I’m being invaded by locus. Fan is so loud. Major downgrade from previous version.
