Breathe Right Nasal Strips Clear Small/Medium 30 Count (Pack of 2)

These nasal strips are fantastic for helping me breathe better at night--that is, when you can get them to stick properly to your nose. They work better than the costly CPAP machine (which I've given up on because the CPAP machines I've tried are so uncomfortable). The only problem is that the nasal strips don't always adhere well to my nose, in which case they don't work at all. I've found the small size works better for me--and of course it's important to make sure the skin on your nose doesn't have any oily residue, soap or cream on it before applying the nasal strip. I wipe my nose with rubbing alcohol first. I've also found it helps to heat the nasal strip a little bit with a hair dryer or radiant heater to make it softer before applying it to your nose--then hold the strip in place gently but firmly with your fingers for about 20 seconds before letting go.

I finally broke a 50 year addiction to Afrin -- and then got a bad cold in which I could not breathe through my nose. I had a combination of congestion and runny nose. I tried Breathe Right last night and never thought it would work. Wow - beyond shocked. I did not use Ayr Saline or blow my nose all night. I reluctantly removed the strip after having worn it for 12 hours. To say that I am blown away is an understatement. Looking forward to trying it again tonight. I did not have an issue removing the strip. Put a warm washcloth over it and pulled it off without also pulling off any skin. I bought the Sensitive Skin version because I thought it would be easier to remove. It's been 30 minutes since removal -- and I still have a bit of an indication on my nose as to where the strip was. Hopefully that goes away soon.

I have an inner-nose injury from my youth that makes it hard to breathe through one nostril, and found myself constantly waking up with a sore throat from sleeping with my mouth open, coughing myself awake, etc., so I finally started using these regularly about a month ago. The difference in sleep quality is HUGE. I no longer wake up repeatedly during the night, and I've been sleeping like a log! These are totally clear, and once they're on, they STICK, yet I've had no pain or issues when removing them the next morning (just peel straight off). Unlike some other strips I've tried in the past, these don't peel off on their own during the night either.

I have been buying Breathe Right for years as the only other option for me was to have surgery. The product holds all night and is much better than the cheaper knock offs. I will be buying this product for years to come. The only disappointment is the price. The company keeps increasing the price buy lowering the number of plasters. I used to buy a box with 44 pieces for USD 11 and now one gets 30 for USD. Also there is air in the packaging, something I personally don't like, as the box is larger than its contents, and I find that a waste of packaging. Personally, I would like to see a box of 45, 60 or 90 rather than always having to buy boxes of 30 pieces. But the quality of the product is great

The strips definitely help with breathing at night. They also seem to reduce snoring.

Couldn’t find this size in any local stores. Glad amazon had them.

I ordered LARGE size, but was sent Small-Medium size. Disappointed, as this size is too small and not effective for me. :-(
