Cushions and legs are underneath the sofa in zippered compartments; nice if that was communicated
Received missing two cushions and all legs. Initially 1 star.Edit: Two cushions and all the legs are in zippered compartments on the underside of the sofa. How you would know this without it being listed in the description and with no directions in the box for the sofa is beyond me. I online chatted with Amazon customer service who told me to contact the manufacturer. When I told them I’d been searching for the manufacturer’s contact information unsuccessfully, they gave me a link to W****** customer service (I kid you not). This product is not manufactured by W******, but they do sell it. W****** customer service at least truly tried to help me and gave me two phone numbers to attempt to contact the manufacturer, but they weren’t any good.Finally, while looking for a replacement sofa at W****** I happened to see in someone’s review on a different sofa from a different manufacturer that they had the same experience! Received no legs and missing cushions. That manufacturer reached out to them and told them to look under the sofa. What are the odds???? So I’m guessing you won’t publish this update Amazon, but maybe the person who reviews this update can actually ensure the product listing mentions this. You have this product available from other sellers and educate your customer service team to provide more helpful support. So moving this from 1 to 4 stars.
