Brought this bread machine primarily for atta dough kneading which is a task I don’t like doing. Was pleasantly surprised after unboxing it. Very compact and does not take up much space. I used it to make chapati dough today. Kneaded soft dough in eight minutes. No messy cleanup required since the non stick pan is very easy to clean. Plus there are no spills. A big resounding thumbs up for ease of use. I did not have any problems with the machine wobbling or walking off the table as some users have reported. Will be using this often. Machine seems to be sturdy and made well. I Am tempted to try bread too now seeing the ease with which it kneaded dough! The machine was in perfect condition and worked on the first try, no dents or cracks anywhere. Will recommend it to anyone looking for a economical and compact bread maker / chapati dough kneader! A good option for office goers who want to save time.

Easy to Operate and Easy to follow the Recipes (back of the user manual). I follow the instruction, drop the ingredients in correct order, switch it ON before going to bed and I wake up to a very decent loaf for breakfast. Its perfect for those who are busy or can't be bothered with the lengthy process of bread making or live somewhere they can't get decent bread in the local shops. Read the manual carefully before using it and I am positive the machine will last long. I'd give it 10/10.

Disappointed now, earlier it was fine but now it is leaking some grease near the blade so the dough is becoming discolored at the bottom. It has become useless for me. American micronic ppl are saying I have to change it's bucket after a year or two which costs 1.4k. As I have used it just for 1 and a half year and it's grease has started leaking I don't think it's worth buying. You will have to spend so much every year. Very very disappointed i was so happy that I could bake bread at home but guess what completely lost trust.

Its wonderful!! Does kneading, baking and handholds you via the recipe booklet to get great homemade bread. However, dont forget to seek help from ai agents like chatgpt etc to get the perfect recipe. Has a delay start option, wherein you put in ingredients and wake up to fresh bread at the time of your choice. Has a learning curve, you will go through a few loaves while trying to get it right...I suggest to hang in and trust the process but start with 500g loaves. Pro tip: Find out about the ingredient called "Vital Wheat Gluten". 1-2 tbsp of this in your recipe will give you store quality bread. Also, use "Instant Yeast". I highly recommend this product as one of the core kitchen appliances!!

This is a value for money product for every kitchen. It makes perfect dough forrotis and parantha. It looks good and cleaning it is also easy plus vast menu function is really helpful. Haven't tried bread making as of now.

I was thinking of buying the Sharp, but this one was half its price and the cheapest around (4650), except that it did not have a timed fruit release mechanism. Plus, I was worried about service centers for the former, though the customer service assured me there would be a home visit should I ever need one. Let me cut to the chase. Go ahead and buy this as you will realize that the machine is a kneader motor with a single coil to bake, and it need not be costly. Bread is about the ingredients. I could easily make white and wheat bread using recipes online. All machines I checked lose their memory after about ten minutes, and you have to start all over if that happens. I escaped an extended midnight power cut as I timed it to start early in the morning. The lack of a backlit display is not a deal breaker. This machine gives a beep reminding you to add fruits like raisins. But, I am keeping the equation simple with just honey wheat bread. "100% Whole Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine" is a good search phrase. The instruction manual has plenty of annoying grammar mistakes! Besides bread, you can stir fry peanuts (I did) and do many other things like making jam. The aroma of baking bread is fantastic and is worth the money! Update 17 Sep 2023 11:29:17 AM: I just finished loading wheat bread for the 36th time, and though the handle of the inner container has started rusting a bit, it hasn't failed me even once in the last year. Update: Saturday, November 22nd, 2025: Two months ago, possibly due to a voltage surge, the machine stopped working. The LCD was not displaying anything. Since there was no repair shop in Pondicherry, I had to send it to Haryana, which cost me about 1300 to courier it, and the repair cost another 1300 or so. But, they sent back poorly packed, with the body broken and one of the bushes missing. They did not respond to the request to send me a bush, without which the machine would rock itself and move or fall off a surface. A month later, it stopped working making some groaning noise and not kneading or heating well. So, service is the main issue with this company and perhaps all companies nowadays. Will I repurchase a breadmaker? Yes, most definitely. Will it be American Micronic? No. I would try to find one with a service centre nearby.
