Very high quality. Great tool to have if you like to change your strap frequently.

Broke instantly. Four prong wrong size
Tool came with flat head bit lodged in tool. You need the flat head to turn the lock pin that it’s already pinned in by. After buying another tool to extract the flat head the five prong bit broke first use. Neither of the four prong bits fit the watch band screws.
