I need to push some boots out to original size, size 10d. i bought the large. i can't get them all the way into the boots. what do i do?

Treat the leather heavily with a thick coat of leather conditioner and let dry for 24 hours. Then, wipe off excess and Soften the leather with a hair dryer on hot, ( it takes about 5-6 minutes) Then push in the mold as far as you can and let cool, then repeat.
