1.5 DIN to a 1 DIN
This was an exact fit for my RV. The original stereo died and a 1.5 DIN stereo is almost impossible to find. So I ordered this adapter kit and a new 1 DIN radio from Magnadyne. The installation was easy and quick and looks great!

Fit perfectly
The mounting kit easily converted the old Magnadyne opening to a single din. It could go in either direction so you can have the blank at the top or the bottom. Once installed (i didn't even need to use tape) slid in the single din radio and everything worked perfectly. If your radio doesn't have a single din you will need to order one. This is only the front face plate.

Did just what I needed it to do. Came with very precise helpful instructions, good pictures, and a spare set of removal tools for my old 1.5 din Magnadyne radio. Some think this is overpriced, I think it is worth the cost, just for the good instructions to install a Magnadyne 1 din replacement radio.

Exactly what I needed
Recently took the odd shaped 1.5 din dated stereo out of the rv to upgrade. After searching online and realizing 1.5 din radios are hard to come by we were ready to cut a bigger hole for a double din radio. A quick search brought us to this product and saved us a lot of time, money and headaches…

A fix for that gaping hole in the dash.. !!
This is absolutely necessary to replace a 1.5 din with a single din stereo and a good optionI fabricated several ways to fill the space left by the virtually impossible to find odd size of 1.5 din, the choices and availability are nearly non existent !!!!.It arrived on time and in good condition, the packaging was adequate. The product is well represented by its description on Amazon. The quality is acceptable, could be of heavier construction, the fit and finished look are pretty good. So much less hassle than fabricating a fix for that gaping hole in the dash left by the odd size 1.5. It seems a little bit expensive for what it is but there are very few viable options, so you pay to play and take the ride..
