Q: The product pictures and description both do not say if these are scented or unscented, so, are these scented or unscented?

This is from the description: You Will Receive (6) Boxes of Swiffer Sweeper Dry Sweeping Pad Multi Surface Refills for Dusters Floor Mop, Unscented, 16 Count Each. Which says Unscented. But it also says (6) boxes which is not correct and the reason why I deleted my listing. When I put my nose to the box and smell it, they do have a very light scent to me personally. Im sorry I couldn't give you a better more definitive answer.

Q: Is it only for floors? Can I use it for walls and other surfaces?

These attach to the Swiffer floor tool, but I don't see any reason why you should not use them on other surfaces. They are not damp, nor do they have any chemicals or oils in them. They are a dry soft texture.
